Using our site & app
The Acres website and play app (scorekeeping, check-in, membership) are for personal, non-commercial use by our guests. Don't misuse them — no attempting to access other guests' accounts, no automated abuse, no entering names or content on a public scorecard you wouldn't say out loud at a family venue. We may remove content or suspend access that breaks these rules.
Accounts
Accounts are keyed to your phone number and verified with one-time codes. Keep your phone number current and don't share verification codes with anyone. Accounts are for adults; kids play on a grown-up's scorecard.
Text messaging
By requesting a verification code you agree to receive that one-time text. Marketing texts are sent only with your explicit opt-in. Reply STOP to any message to opt out and HELP for help. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply — those are between you and your carrier. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Memberships & purchases
Membership payments (including Founding 50) are processed securely by Stripe. Membership benefits, pricing, and terms are as described on the relevant page at the time of purchase; memberships are personal and non-transferable. Questions about a purchase, or need to make something right? Email todd@acrescincinnati.com — we're a small family business and we'll sort it out like one.
The venue
Posted rules at the venue (course, range, restaurant + bar) are part of these terms. Play safely, supervise your kids, and treat the place — and people — with care.
The legal bits
The site and app are provided as-is; to the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect damages from using them. These terms are governed by Ohio law. If we update these terms, the effective date above changes and continued use means you accept the update.
